1. Our default shipping agent is UPS.
2. In all cases we pass on our heavily discounted rates to you, our customer. We do not operate our Shipping Department as a profit Center. Please note that your shipping cost is calculated on-line using an integrated UPS shipping module, using the annual negotiated discounted rates. Our UPS online quotes are estimates based on weight and volume calculations. We reserve the right to change the shipping charges. If this occurs you will be contacted for approval before your order is processed. A 20% return charge plus accrued shipping expenses will be charged to customers who reject or are nor available to accept delivery
3. All orders are shipped from our San Jose Ca office Zip 95136. In cases of shipping arrangements other than standard ground service including expedited shipments, all additional charges for customs and or brokerage will be the responsibility of the customer.
4. Natalchemy takes no responsibility for any loss, damages, or delay that may occur in shipping. We normally ship all of our products with insurance.
We ship Monday through Friday. If we receive your order by 1:00 pm Pacific Standard Time, we'll most likely get it out to you that day. Orders received after 3:00 pm PST are normally shipped out the following workday. We don't process orders or ship on weekends or holidays !
If you need something shipped out immediately, please request Expedited Shipping for an additional charge, and we'll move you to the front of the line.
5. We currently do not require orders to be signed when delivered.
However should customers want the signature required option, a fee will be charged by UPS.
6. Alternative shipping method are available on request, however we take no responsibility for shipping that is arranged by our customers. This includes the following:
• Customers using their own shipping account
• Customers using their own courier
• Customers arranging for a third party to facilitate shipping.
Should a customer decide to handle their own shipping arrangements, we require that a WAIVER be signed. This ensures that we aren't held accountable for any shipping issue outside of our control; similarly, in the event that we receive a shipping related invoice under these conditions, it will authorize us to process the customer's credit card.
Certain items that weigh over 50 lbs may incur additional freight charges above our Flat Rate Shipping.
Certain hazardous items may have shipping restrictions and may require additional hazardous charges. UPS or FED EX may not accept these items and alternate shipping methods will be used. We will make every effort to minimize shipping charges.
Shipping regulations are constantly changing but we will try to inform our customers as this occurs.
Please note that in all instances where payment is required, a copy of the invoice will be forwarded with receipt for payment.

8. Essential Oils are classified as Hazardous Goods when shipped by air. Because of this only ground shipments are available for essential oils. Express shipments (Air) are available at cost on bottles and raw materials.
9. Back orders, though rare, are not automatically shipped. Regular ordering policies will apply on arrival of stock.
10. We NOW ship to
Alaska,
Hawaii and
Puerto Rico. However customers will be asked to sign a NON-CONTINENTIAL SHIPPING WAIVER. This denotes that Natalchemy will not be responsible for any loss, damage or delays that may result when shipping outside the continental
USA.
Please note the following conditions will apply:
• All orders will be shipped by UPS
• Payment for all non-continental orders must be made by WIRE TRANSFER.
• In the event of dispute, Natalchemy will be released of all responsibility once proof of shipping has been produced.

If you wish to make an order correction we prefer that you call us to ensure the change is made timely. If you send an email, be sure to put "order correction" in the subject and also reference the web order number.
11. Order cancellations
Because our orders are processed so quickly, orders cancelled after they have been filled but not shipped may be charged a 20% restocking fee. The actual amount of time will vary depending upon the season, but in most cases the order will have undergone processing in less than four hours.
12. Out of Stock Items
If an item is out of stock, but we expect it within the next day or so, we will hold your order until that item arrives and then send it out all together. If we won't be receiving an out of stock item for several days, we'll go ahead and send out your partial order, and then send out the back-stocked item when it arrives (at no additional shipping cost to you). Although this rarely happens, if our back-ordered item will be more than a few days, we'll email you to see whether you'd like to cancel the order or wait until we have it back in stock
13. International Shipping
We do ship internationally via USPS International Express or Priority Mail. If the shipping charges need to be adjusted, we will email you first with the difference in cost. Please be aware that we have no control over how long an item is held at Customs. We've found that
Canada will often hold a package for one to two weeks, though sometimes it's faster and sometimes slower!
For all international orders, please email us your order. You will not be able to complete your order on-line if you are an international customer. Please email us and let us know which items you would like to buy and we will email back the exact amount of your order including the shipping charge. We will also give you payment options.
International orders are shipped at actual cost. We recommend that orders are shipped Express Mail International. Express Mail International is more expensive but is slightly faster and can be tracked. These services do not have guaranteed delivery times. We can also ship your order by Courier (UPS) which offers better tracking and service, however the cost is greater than for postal service.
