List of the 26 fragrance ingredients now required to be labeled on cosmetic products in Europe.
 
This labeling must occur if the concentration of the designated ingredient exceeds 100 parts per million (ppm) for a rinse-off products and 10 ppm for a leave-on product. International Nomenclature of Cosmetic Ingredients (INCI) names must be used. This lists contains all the Fragrance Mix  I and Fragrance Mix  II ingredients plus others as defined by the IFRA.
